Judo Association
Welcome to the Official Home Page of the Fiji Judo
Association. Judo is growing in interest in our Country. It is a very exiting
time at the moment, having a senior competitor who has represented our country
many times all over the world. You will be delighted to know Fiji has been
represented at the World Judo Championships 1999. Held in Great Britain at The
National Indoor Arena, Birmingham. Our Champion Nacanieli Takayawa was selected and
was in the Olympic Games 2000. Although judo is a minority sport in our beautiful country, it is
gaining interest within all age groups. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
