- Association or Affiliation.
- Your Judo connection i.e. Club Coach/Referee/International Player etc.

news" if you would not like to receive it. Unmarked are presumed "Yes".
- IMPORTANT: Please note Players should have an e-mail address to register, if not
a Phone number is acceptable. Officials, instructors, referees, etc. can be any grade or age
to register.
- Registration can take up to three weeks.
- World Judo Index reserves the right to omit or shorten any submissions due to
space, suitability etc. or for whatever reason deemed by them.
